Hung Yen: Stop operating cross-river passenger wharves from 6pm on July 21

On the afternoon of July 21, the Traffic Safety Committee of Hung Yen province sent a notice to relevant authorities, commune and ward People's Committees, and units about proactively responding to storm No. 3 at cross-river passenger terminals. Accordingly, all cross-river passenger terminals in the province will stop operating from 6:00 p.m. on July 21.

The Provincial Traffic Safety Committee requests that communes and wards with cross-river passenger terminals and water-based entertainment areas resolutely not allow vehicles to depart during stormy weather conditions, gusty winds, thunderstorms, and complicated currents due to the influence of storms.

Communes and wards coordinate with relevant units and functional forces to request owners of cross-river passenger wharves to comply with the suspension of operations from 6:00 p.m. on July 21 until further notice. Owners of cross-river passenger wharves proactively coordinate with communes, wards and functional forces to move vehicles to safe anchorage.
