On the morning of June 27, candidates studying the 2018 GeneralEducation Program took an optional exam including 2 subjects from the subjects studied in grade 12; candidates studying the 2006 General Education Program took the Natural Science or Social Science exam.

In the third exam session, the 2025 High School Graduation Exam, there were more than 1,147 thousand candidates taking the exam, more than 8,300 candidates were absent, 5 candidates were suspended during the exam session.
