Compared to the parades and marches on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory and the 50th anniversary of National Reunification, the number of blocs and the number of officers and soldiers participating in this parade and march has increased.
The army has 11 standing blocks and 27 walking blocks, with a total of 7,413 officers and soldiers. Specifically, each walking block consists of 10 rows with 160 officers and soldiers.
Chairing the joint training inspection, Major General Vu Viet Hung, Director of the Department of Military Training and Schools (General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army), Deputy Head of the Parade and Marching Subcommittee, said that after nearly 20 days of training, this was the first time that the parade and marching groups under the responsibility of the Ministry of National Defense had a centralized joint training, thereby continuing to gain experience to serve the training and joint training process.
During the training process, the blocks also organized experience sharing and training programs suitable to weather conditions and quality requirements of each stage.
At the joint training session, the parade forces in the 3 areas did not practice according to the ceremony script, but only performed the parade and marching content according to the training results of the recent period.
At the National Military Training Center 4, there are 1,296 officers and soldiers, including the following groups: female military musicians, female peacekeepers, female information soldiers, female medical officers, female commandos, female militia of Vietnamese ethnic groups, and female southern guerrillas.
With 2,917 officers and soldiers, Hanoi National University includes the following groups: Party Flag - National Flag, Honor of 3 military branches, Army officers, Logistics - National Defense Industry Engineering officers, Military School students, Artillery soldiers, Armored soldiers, Engineer soldiers, Red Flag.
At the Vietnam Ethnic Culture and Tourism Village, there are 3,200 officers and soldiers, including the following groups: Navy officers, Air Defense - Air Force officers, Border Guard officers, Coast Guard officers, Electronic Warfare, Cyber Warfare, Special Forces soldiers, Chemical Defense soldiers, Paratrooper Special Forces soldiers, and male Militia and Self-Defense Forces.
To ensure the requirements, the parade force needs to perform solemn, powerful movements, in accordance with orders, demonstrating unity, regularity, and high discipline. The parade force shows a joyful and excited spirit.
Officers and soldiers in all blocks have a good spirit of responsibility, solidarity, unity, and efforts to complete the contents and programs according to the set plan./.
