Accordingly, the makeshift tents have been installed at 5 locations, including: Tay Son flower garden (in Hoan Kiem ward); Le Truc flower garden (in Ba Dinh ward); Nui Truc - Kim Ma intersection (in Giang Vo ward); Hanoi Railway Station (in Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam ward); the area opposite 14B Le Truc (in Ba Dinh ward).
The Hanoi Capital Command also coordinated with the People's Committees of the above wards to organize the supervision of tents; ensure safety, order, environmental sanitation, fire prevention and fighting; and carry out dismantling after the event ends.

Along with that, to support the forces participating in the parade, the people and tourists, the Hanoi Youth Union coordinated with functional units to arrange 40 more points to distribute free drinking water, milk, cakes and necessities to serve people coming to watch the parade on the preliminary rehearsal day of August 27, the final rehearsal day of August 30 and the official ceremony of September 2.


Points for distributing drinking water and necessities are arranged along the central streets, each point has 20-30 volunteers participating in traffic flow, guidance, environmental sanitation, and distribution of drinking water and food. Along with that is a permanent force, ready to respond during peak hours.
