More than 250 international experts meet to discuss solutions for digital human resource development

The workshop was attended by more than 250 experts, managers and scientists from 15 countries and territories.

Speaking at the opening of the workshop, Mr. Wilson Cheah, Chairman of ARTDO International Vietnam said: Today, we are facing challenges that require agility, progressive thinking and collaboration, especially in the field of digital leadership.

“The conference focuses on the future of human resource development, leadership and continuous innovation, thereby creating an environment where talent can thrive and organisations can achieve sustainable growth,” Mr Wilson Cheah emphasized.

With 27 professional presentations presented at the workshop, delegates exchanged ideas and experiences to share practical solutions in building an effective digital leadership team and building and connecting the digital leadership community;

Thereby actively contributing to the digital transformation process of Da Nang and making the city one of the leading technology centers and pioneers in the field of digital leadership in Vietnam.

At the event, the 2024 International HRD Excellence Award - "HRD Excellence Award 2024" was presented by Artdo Organization to organizations and individuals with outstanding contributions in the field of training and development of international human resources. In particular, Dong A University is theeducational and training unit nominated and honored in the collective award category, Mr. Mohd Khalis Abdul Rahim was nominated for the individual award.

Mr. Luong Minh Sam, Chairman of the Board of Dong A University, highly appreciated the conference's focus on Talent Development & Skills Training in the modern era. This is an issue that is considered necessary and urgent, especially when we are living in a world filled with fluctuations and developments every day.

The workshop runs until August 20.

It is known that the 52nd ARTDO International Conference on Global Human Resource Development in 2025 will be held in Malaysia.

ARTDO INTERNATIONAL is an Asia-Pacific human resource training and development organization, established in 1974 as an international non-governmental, non-profit organization consisting of training organizations, educational institutions, human resource professionals and multinational companies from more than 30 countries. In 2005, the Vietnam facility (ITD World Vietnam Center for Management Development – VNCMD) was officially established and put into operation.
