More than 200 commune-level officials were trained in business registration.

On the morning of July 5, the Khanh Hoa Provincial Department of Finance coordinated with the Department of Private Enterprise Development and Collective Economy - Ministry of Finance to organize a training conference to guide commune-level business registration agencies on the registration of business households, cooperatives, cooperative unions, and cooperative groups. More than 200 officers working on business registration of 64 communes, wards and tax and social insurance officers across the province attended the training.

At the conference, commune-level officials were instructed on the content related to regulations on the new system of forms used in business and household business registration; the process of amending and supplementing administrative procedures related to the establishment and operation of household businesses under the authority of the People's Committee at the commune level; documents, order and procedures for business registration and household business registration.

Accordingly, enterprises and business households submit their dossiers and have their administrative procedures processed at the Public Administration Service Center at the commune level where they register their business, or where their company headquarters or factory is located. In addition to updating regulations, the training participants also focused on exchanging and discussing the administrative procedure for business registration, the steps of receiving - processing - appraising - reviewing, approving and returning results to organizations and individuals carrying out procedures for business household registration, changing business household registration contents, temporarily suspending business, continuing business before the notified deadline of the business household, terminating business household activities, re-issuing business household registration certificates, etc.

The program aims to equip necessary skills and knowledge, contributing to improving the capacity of grassroots officials in receiving and processing administrative procedures related to registration, change, and termination of business of individual households, enterprises, cooperatives, cooperative groups, etc., ensuring consistency and efficiency in implementing administrative procedures at the local level when implementing the 2-level local government model.
