On the afternoon of June 13, the National Assembly will listen to the Explanation Report, receive the People's opinions, the opinions of National Assembly deputies and revise the draft Resolution on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Constitution.

According to the Program of the 9th Session, 15th National Assembly, Friday, June 13, 2025, in the morning, the National Assembly held a plenary session in the hall to carry out the following contents: (i) discuss the draft Resolution of the National Assembly on piloting a number of specific mechanisms and policies for the development of Hai Phong city.

Next, the National Assembly listened to the Report on the proposed National Assembly Supervision Program for 2026; then, the National Assembly discussed the proposed National Assembly Supervision Program for 2026.

In the afternoon (live TV and radio), the National Assembly held a plenary session in the hall to listen to the explanatory report, receive people's opinions, opinions discussed in groups and the hall (first time) of National Assembly deputies and revise the draft Resolution of the National Assembly on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Constitution.

The National Assembly then discussed the draft Resolution of the National Assembly amending and supplementing a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution (for the second time); the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on the Vietnam Fatherland Front , the Law on Trade Unions, the Law on Youth and the Law on Implementing Democracy at Grassroots Level./.
