Located in the Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex, the Tran Dynasty relic system is identified by researchers as belonging to Vu Lam Palace. Vu Lam Palace of the Tran Dynasty has unique geopolitical - historical - religious - cultural values that cannot be found anywhere else, completely different from the remaining Tran Dynasty relic system in the North of our country. Historical and cultural relics related to the Tran Dynasty in the Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex have attracted the attention of many domestic and international tourists. In particular, since 2014, when the Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex was recognized by UNESCO as a World Cultural and Natural Heritage, the number of tourists has increased. Meanwhile, the system of archaeological relics and sites that still clearly show traces of the Tran Dynasty have not received due attention...
The project is necessary and urgent to promote, preserve, restore and embellish the historical and cultural values, the system of relics related to Vu Lam Palace of Tran Dynasty in the Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex, effectively meeting the needs of cultural and artistic enjoyment, improving the spiritual life of the people. The project must ensure feasibility, quality, efficiency, and be consistent with the goals and orientations of the Ninh Binh Provincial Planning for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050.
At the Workshop, the representative of the Department of Tourism briefly presented the content of the Project, including: The necessity and basis for developing the Project; viewpoints, objectives, implementation solutions; location, scale, content, methods and progress of implementation; implementation organization...
Discussing at the workshop, the Advisory Council emphasized the urgency of the Project, as well as the meticulous, scientific preparation and rich information content of the organizing unit. At the same time, they raised some ideas to contribute to perfecting the Project. Specifically: changing the presentation format, restructuring and adding some topics, the Project name needs to be consistent with the Project's objectives, the scope and objects of the Project need to be consistent with the changes in the provincial planning after the merger, considering breakthrough solutions for implementation, environmental impacts during implementation, economic and social impacts, adding tourism development-related objectives such as tourism products, promotion, advertising, etc.
With the opinions of the Advisory Council, the organizing unit will accept the opinions and, on that basis, will supplement, edit and complete the Project.
