BBK - On June 22, the Inspection Committee of the Bac Kan Provincial Party Committee held its 23rd meeting to review and decide on a number of issues within its authority. At the meeting, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission reviewed and concluded the following contents: Reviewed and concluded thematic supervision of the Party Committee of the Department of Health and comrade Tac Van Nam, Provincial Party Committee member, Party Secretary, Director of the Department of Health; reviewed the disciplinary measure against comrade Nguyen Duy The, Party member of Party Cell 9, Song Cau Ward Party Committee under Bac Kan City Party Committee, former Party Secretary, Director of Bac Kan Provincial Tax Department; reviewed and learned from shortcomings and violations pointed out by the Central Inspection Commission in Official Dispatch No. 6203-CV/UBKTTW, dated June 5, 2025 on handling Party members' disciplinary complaints and Official Dispatch No. 6217-CV/UBKTTW, dated June 6, 2025 on learning from experience in conducting inspections and overcoming violations and shortcomings.

After listening to the report of the Supervisory Delegation, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission found that: In addition to the advantages achieved, there are still some limitations and shortcomings such as: the recording of some meetings, the meeting regime of the Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of the Party Committee is not in accordance with regulations; the leadership, direction and implementation of personnel work have some limitations. The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission requests the Party Committee of the Department of Health and the supervised individuals to promote their advantages, seriously learn from experience, develop a plan to overcome the limitations and shortcomings pointed out and report to the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission according to regulations.

Review the disciplinary action against comrade Nguyen Duy The, a member of Party Cell 9, Song Cau Ward Party Committee, Bac Kan City Party Committee. After reviewing the report of the Inspection Team, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee found that: During his tenure as Party Secretary and Director of the Tax Department, comrade Nguyen Duy The committed violations and shortcomings in appointing officials, and was disciplined by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies in the form of a Reprimand in Decision No. 529-QD/DU, dated September 5, 2024. However, the review process of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies was not comprehensive, and the conclusion was not commensurate with the content, nature, extent, harm and consequences of the violation.

The violations and shortcomings of comrade Nguyen Duy The have negatively affected the reputation of himself and the Party organization, agency and unit where he lives and works. However, comrade Nguyen Duy The has strictly complied with the Party disciplinary decision, and the term is about to expire (more than 02 months left); he has also retired since October 1, 2024, and returned to Party activities at Party Cell 9, Song Cau Ward Party Committee, Bac Kan City Party Committee, and has no conditions to overcome the violations and shortcomings at the Bac Kan Provincial Tax Department Party Committee. Since retiring, comrade Nguyen Duy The and his family have always complied well with the Party's policies and guidelines, the State's laws and policies, and the local conventions and covenants of his residence... Based on the aggravating and mitigating circumstances and to ensure humanity in Party discipline, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission has decided to maintain the disciplinary measure of Reprimand for comrade Nguyen Duy The. Comrades are requested to seriously review and learn from the violations and shortcomings pointed out by the Central Inspection Commission, and continue to strictly comply with Party regulations and State laws in the locality where they reside./.
