More than 16,600 candidates in the province entered the first exam of the high school graduation exam.

According to statistics from the Department of Education and Training, the whole province has 16,619 candidates registered for the high school graduation exam; of which, 16,287 candidates took the exam under the 2018 General Education Program; 332 candidates took the exam under the 2006 General Education Program. The whole province organized 1 exam council with 30 exam sites, 705 exam rooms, 206 waiting rooms in 9 districts and cities; mobilized more than 2,400 cadres, teachers, and employees to participate in organizing the exam.

According to the weather forecast, early this morning - June 26, the temperature will be around 26 degrees Celsius, at noon it may go up to 32 degrees Celsius, high humidity and light rain.

At all exam locations, there are traffic police to direct traffic and ensure traffic safety. Youth volunteers at exam locations actively support traffic police, candidates and their families.

Many candidates arrived at the exam sites quite early, dressed neatly and with a somewhat nervous mentality, because this was an important exam after 12 years of studying and the results were used for college and university admission. However, before that, the preparation work of the schools was carefully and thoroughly prepared. On the afternoon of June 25, the candidates completed the exam procedures, received their registration numbers, exam rooms, checked their information and learned the exam regulations, so they were quite confident in the first exam session.

Previously, the Provincial Steering Committee for the 2025 High School Graduation Exam had instructed departments, branches, and localities to coordinate with the Department of Education and Training to carefully and thoroughly implement all stages of the exam; carry out propaganda work well, ensure conditions for security and order, traffic safety, disease prevention, food hygiene and safety; provide training in exam procedures, training in skills to prevent the use of high-tech devices to cheat in exams; provide support during the exam season; develop plans to prevent and combat natural disasters, etc.

At the examination sites, preparations for facilities and exam organization plans were carefully carried out.
