The 6th Conference of Advanced Social Insurance Models in Region II

In the period of 2020-2025, Social Insurance Region II has effectively organized and implemented patriotic emulation movements launched by the Central Government, the province and the industry, striving to excellently complete the assigned targets and tasks. Every year, mobilize from 1,500-3,000 people to participate in voluntary social insurance; maintain the health insurance coverage rate of 92% or more of the population. Coordinate with the Provincial Police to synchronize, share and verify information of 1,204,641 people participating in social insurance and health insurance with the national population database, reaching 99.87%; coordinate with the health sector to deploy health insurance examination and treatment using chip-embedded ID cards at 228/228 facilities...

The movements: "The whole country joins hands to build new rural areas", "For the poor - No one is left behind", "Join hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in Son La province by 2025"... have been effectively implemented. Over the past 5 years, the whole industry has mobilized 411.5 million VND to help communes in Region III; contributed nearly 2 billion VND to support the poor and eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses.

In recognition of its achievements, the Social Insurance of Region II was awarded the First Class Labor Medalby the President ; the Second Class Labor Medal to one collective; and the Third Class Labor Medal to two individuals. The Prime Minister awarded the Emulation Flag to three collectives; Certificates of Merit to eight collectives and 11 individuals. The Vietnam Social Insurance awarded the Emulation Flag to 12 collectives. The Provincial People's Committee awarded the Emulation Flag to one collective; Certificates of Merit to four collectives and three individuals...

Leaders of Social Insurance Region II presented the Emulation Flag of Vietnam Social Insurance to Bac Yen District Social Insurance.

In the period of 2025-2030, Social Insurance Region II will proactively launch emulation movements in batches and by topic; associated with promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle; effectively organize and implement emulation movements launched by the Prime Minister, the Provincial People's Committee and Vietnam Social Insurance, successfully implementing the social insurance and health insurance policy goals in the area.

The collective with outstanding achievements received a certificate of merit from the General Director of Vietnam Social Security.

On this occasion, Vietnam Social Security awarded the Excellent Emulation Flag to Bac Yen District Social Security. The General Director of Vietnam Social Security awarded certificates of merit to 1 collective and 13 individuals. Social Security Region II launched a patriotic emulation movement for the period 2025-2030.
