Instructions for handling on the shared software system of An Giang province after the merger

An Giang Department of Science and Technology coordinated with Kien Giang Department of Science and Technology to organize a training conference to guide operations and processing procedures on the province's shared software systems after the merger.

The conference was connected online from Kien Giang province bridge to 54 commune-level People's Committee bridge points after arrangement and bridge points at An Giang Department of Science and Technology, An Giang Telecommunications. Director of An Giang Department of Science and Technology Le Quoc Cuong chaired An Giang bridge point; Deputy Director of Kien Giang Department of Science and Technology Nguyen Xuan Kiem chaired the conference at Kien Giang bridge point.

At the conference, the Kien Giang Provincial Public Administration Service Center introduced the organizational structure, model, functions, tasks and operations of the Commune-level Public Administration Service Center according to Decree 118/2025/ND-CP; on the announcement of administrative procedures and the process of receiving and handling administrative procedures at the provincial and commune levels. The Kien Giang Department of Science and Technology presented on receiving, handling and returning results of administrative procedures via the Electronic One-Stop System from July 1, 2025; the process of receiving and processing documents at 3 levels on the Electronic Office software; introducing the Provincial Public Email System. Instructions on unifying operations and processing procedures on the province's shared software systems after the merger include: Document management and administration system (iOffice), administrative procedure handling information system, and public email system.

Speaking at the opening of the conference, Director of the Department of Science and Technology of An Giang, Le Quoc Cuong, emphasized that the conference was extremely necessary, helping the staff, civil servants, and public employees from the province to the commune to grasp and effectively operate the province's shared software systems after the merger. From there, ensuring the operation of the shared software systems of An Giang province (after the merger) is stable and smooth, without interruption in receiving and handling administrative procedures for people, businesses and processing work records in the network environment.
