Over 7,000 officers and soldiers practice marching and marching for the first time

Implementing the Directive of the Minister of National Defense on organizing the Army and Militia forces to participate in the parade and march in the celebration of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and National Day (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025) - abbreviated as task A80, on the morning of June 25, the Department of Military Training - School (General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army) chaired the organization of joint training and inspection of training of the Army in 3 areas: National Military Training Center 4, Hanoi National University and the Cultural - Tourism Village of Vietnamese Ethnic Groups.

Compared to the parades and marches on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory and the 50th anniversary of the liberation of the South and national reunification, the number of blocks and the number of officers and soldiers participating in the parade and march this time has increased. Accordingly, the Army has 11 standing blocks and 27 walking blocks, with a total of 7,413 officers and soldiers. Specifically, each walking block consists of 10 rows with 160 officers and soldiers.

Chairing the joint training inspection, Major General Vu Viet Hung, Director of the Department of Military Training - School (General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army), Deputy Head of the Parade and Marching Subcommittee, said that after nearly 20 days of training, this was the first time that the parade and marching units under the responsibility of the Ministry of National Defense had a joint training session, thereby continuing to gain experience to serve the training and joint training process. During the training process, the units also organized a lesson plan, training programs suitable to weather conditions and quality requirements at each stage.

At the joint training session, the parade forces in the 3 areas did not practice according to the ceremony script, but only performed the parade and marching content according to the training results of the recent period.

At National Military Training Center 4, there are 1,296 officers and soldiers, including the following groups: Female Military Musicians, Female Peacekeepers, Female Information Soldiers, Female Medical Officers, Female Special Forces Soldiers, Female Militia of Vietnamese Ethnic Groups, and Female Southern Guerrillas.

With 2,917 officers and soldiers, Hanoi National University includes the following groups: Party Flag - National Flag, Honor of 3 military services, Army officers, Logistics - National defense industry engineering officers, Military school students, Artillery soldiers, Armored soldiers, Engineer soldiers, Red flag.

At the Vietnam Ethnic Culture and Tourism Village, there are 3,200 officers and soldiers, including the following groups: Navy officers, Air Defense - Air Force officers, Border Guard officers, Coast Guard officers, Electronic Warfare, Cyber ​​Warfare, Special Forces soldiers, Chemical Defense soldiers, Paratrooper Special Forces soldiers, and male Militia and Self-Defense Forces.

To ensure the requirements, the parade force needs to perform solemn, powerful movements, in accordance with the orders, demonstrating unity, regularity, and high discipline. The parade force shows a joyful and excited spirit... The officers and soldiers in all groups have a good spirit and responsibility of solidarity, unity, and strive to complete the contents and programs according to the set plan.
