In the first 6 months of 2025, the Association of Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin in Quang Ninh province has proactively implemented key tasks and achieved many important results. The work of caring for and helping families of victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin has been promoted by the Association at all levels. During the Lunar New Year, the whole province had 6,815 visits. Agent Orange victims in the province received Tet gifts with a total value of over 10.4 billion VND. In addition, the Association at all levels focused on coordinating well with agencies and organizations; promoting propaganda and mobilizing organizations and individuals to care for and help Agent Orange/dioxin victims; promptly proposing beneficiaries of policies according to regulations.

In the last 6 months of 2025, the Quang Ninh Province Association of Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin will focus on implementing the arrangement of the Association when implementing the 2-level local government in accordance with the direction of the Party Committee and local government. In particular, continue to propagate policies related to policies, regimes, and rights of victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin; focus on implementing activities to visit, encourage and help victims, thereby demonstrating the spirit of mutual love and contributing to alleviating the pain of Agent Orange.
