Dong Thap Young Entrepreneurs Association joins hands to build a startup community

DTO - “Young entrepreneurs of Dong Thap join hands to build a startup community and promote community reading”, is the theme of the program “Entrepreneurial meeting place” taking place on the afternoon of June 30, organized by the Dong Thap Young Entrepreneurs Association in coordination with Dong Thap University. Many entrepreneurs and students attended and interacted with the program’s speakers.

At the program, speakers with extensive experience in the field of startups shared content revolving around: the vision of the Young Entrepreneurs community with the startup community in the field of responsible agriculture ; young entrepreneurs of Dong Thap join hands to build a startup community; introducing the project "Reading with Xich Lo" to promote community reading.

On this occasion, the Dong Thap Young Entrepreneurs Association signed a cooperation agreement with the “Reading with Xich Lo” Project, aiming to promote reading, learning and intellectualization of the business and agricultural community. The two sides coordinated to implement a bookcase model, train, write books and organize activities to connect and spread the reading culture. The Association also donated 5 bookcases worth 25 million VND to the Project; signed a cooperation agreement with the School Youth Union, the Center for Technology Transfer, Startups and Events of Dong Thap University, aiming to support students in developing startup ideas, connecting practice and employment.

At the same time, Dong Thap University Youth Union launched the "Dong Thap Green Gen - DThU's Young Digital Creator Club". This is a digital content creation club with the support of the "Reading with Cyclo" Project and the Center for Training Skills for Digital Content Creators. The club gathers students who love green agriculture, sustainable environment and digital media, aiming to spread OCOP values, local products and reading culture through videos and creative communication campaigns.
