At the conference, representatives of the State Treasury's Organization and Personnel Board announced the temporary appointment decisions for the positions of Director and Deputy Directors of State Treasury Region IX.

Accordingly, Mr. Nguyen Quang Tuan, Director of State Treasury Region VI, was transferred and appointed to the position of Director of State Treasury Region IX from July 1, 2025. Along with that, 6 officials were appointed to the position of Deputy Directors, including: Mr. Nguyen Kim Ngan, Mr. Vu Trong Cuong, Mr. Nguyen Tri Dung, Ms. Vu Thi Lien, Mr. Ta Van Doi and Mr. Pham Tien Binh.

The State Treasury also announced and awarded appointment decisions to 7 heads of staff and support departments; 15 heads of transaction departments and 47 deputy heads of departments of affiliated units.
Speaking at the conference, Ms. Nguyen Thi Nhung, Deputy Director of the State Treasury, congratulated the State Treasury Region IX for perfecting its organization and personnel, creating a solid foundation for performing tasks in the new period.
The Deputy Director of the State Treasury requested the State Treasury Region IX leadership to soon unify working regulations and assign specific tasks according to the principle of "clear people, clear work, clear responsibilities", and proactively coordinate with tax, financial and customs agencies in the area to ensure timely and complete accounting, budget revenue and expenditure, and avoid interruptions that affect people, businesses and budget-using units.
Speaking at the ceremony, the new Director of State Treasury Region IX Nguyen Quang Tuan expressed his determination to work with the unit to promote the spirit of solidarity and responsibility, successfully complete assigned tasks, and contribute to promoting reform and modernization of treasury operations in accordance with the general direction of the industry and local development requirements.
