According to information from the Organizing Committee of the 4th "Hoa Lu Beauty Contest" in 2024, Miss Universe Vietnam 2023 Bui Thi Xuan Hanh has officially become a member of the Jury for the final night of the "Hoa Lu Beauty Contest" in 2024 taking place on the evening of August 17 at Pham Thi Tran Theater.
Bui Thi Xuan Hanh was born in 2001 and graduated from Hanoi National Economics University. Bui Thi Xuan Hanh is the beauty who won and was crowned Miss Universe Vietnam 2023 (Miss Cosmo Vietnam).
Xuan Hanh made an impression when she previously won the runner-up title of The Face Vietnam 2023 in July 2023. The beauty was a student majoring in Chemistry K58 at Luong Van Tuy High School for the Gifted.
Recently, she officially became the representative of Ninh Binh Culture and Tourism . Bui Thi Xuan Hanh will be the representative of Vietnam to attend Miss Universe International (Miss Cosmo) 2024 held in Vietnam.
Accordingly, the jury of the 4th "Hoa Lu Beauty" contest includes: Meritorious Artist Chieu Xuan, Head of the jury; members of the jury include People's Artist Mai Thuy, Deputy Director of Ninh Binh Cheo Theater; Miss Universe Vietnam 2023 Bui Thi Xuan Hanh; journalist Ngo Ba Luc; Fashion designer Ha Duy and makeup artist Quang Bi.
The 4th "Hoa Lu Beauty" Contest in 2024 is held to honor and enhance the beauty of body, soul, talent, and intelligence of young women in the ancient capital of Hoa Lu - Ninh Binh. Through the Contest, we aim to arouse compassion, love for the homeland and country, promote historical and cultural values, and the image of Ninh Binh land and people to a large number of people and tourists from near and far.
The official titles of the Contest will be nominated to participate in the Miss Vietnam, Miss World Vietnam and other beauty contests.
The final night will take place at 8:00 p.m. on August 17, 2024 at Pham Thi Tran Theater. The program will be broadcast live on Ninh Binh Radio and Television and social media platforms.
