The plan aims to implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws on the preservation and promotion of traditional culture of ethnic minorities associated with local tourism development; Effectively promote investment resources of the State, society and community in the preservation and promotion of fine traditional cultural values of ethnic minorities in Tra Vinh , Yen Bai and Vinh Phuc provinces.
Accordingly, it will support research, restoration, preservation and promotion of intangible culture of the Khmer ethnic group in Tra Vinh province; the Thai ethnic group in Nghia Lo town, Yen Bai province; the Mong ethnic group in Mu Cang Chai district, Yen Bai province and the San Diu ethnic group in Tam Dao district, Vinh Phuc province.
Through the organization of Support for research, restoration, preservation and promotion of intangible culture of ethnic minorities at risk of extinction, in 2023 - 2024, it will contribute to strengthening national solidarity, especially for the youth (young generation) through diverse activities such as: cultural activities, teaching folk songs, folk dances, teaching traditional crafts, cultural rituals imbued with the identity of each ethnic group; creating conditions for the community to exchange, have healthy entertainment from their traditional cultural values. At the same time, raise awareness of the work of preserving and promoting the cultural identity of ethnic minorities, promote the role of cultural subject capacity of artisans, village elders, village chiefs, prestigious people and ethnic minorities in ethnic minority areas in the current period.
