Division 390 opens ethnic knowledge training course for officers and soldiers

The training course was attended by 82 officers and soldiers from agencies and units in the Division who are directly involved in mass mobilization work and regularly interact with ethnic minorities. From August 26 to August 29, the trainees were trained in 6 key topics including: Ethnic minorities in Vietnam; Viewpoints, policies of the Party and policies of the State on ethnic affairs; Socio-economic development of ethnic minority and mountainous areas; Preservation and promotion of ethnic cultural identity; National defense and security of ethnic minority areas; Promoting the role of the grassroots political system in developing ethnic minority and mountainous areas.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Colonel Pham Huy Minh summarized and praised the achievements of the Division's officers and soldiers in performing their tasks in the past time, which have been recognized and highly appreciated by local Party committees, authorities and people.

The comrade requested the Organizing Committee to closely direct agencies, units, and forces, to operate the training course on time and program, to strictly manage the number of troops, strictly follow discipline, and ensure absolute safety in all aspects. For comrades who are reporters, to do a good job of preparing and implementing training according to plan; to organize inspections and evaluate the results of cadres' awareness seriously and objectively. For comrades participating in the training course, to strictly comply with regulations, promote a sense of responsibility, study seriously, be open-minded, and grasp the content, so that they can immediately apply it to the practice of the unit and the area.

Through the training course, apply knowledge to do well the work of advising, proposing and organizing the implementation of creative and effective contents, measures and methods to propagate and mobilize the people, especially ethnic minority people, to well implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws; participate in building the political system at the grassroots level, help people develop the economy , culture and society; policy work, gratitude; sustainable poverty reduction, contributing significantly to strengthening the great solidarity of ethnic groups.
