Speaking more about the quality of the U23 Vietnam squad, coach Kim Sang-sik affirmed that he will continue to select personnel with good form and ability to improve the overall strength.
“I want to unify a tactical system. This will help many players integrate more easily in the upcoming training sessions. The door of U23 Vietnam is always open to progressive players who show progress,” said the Korean coach.
In professional work, to avoid being "predicted" by opponents, the U23 Vietnam coaching staff will also regularly update information about opponents, and coordinate with the Vietnam Football Federation (VFF) to find better ways to prepare for upcoming tournaments.
