The automated customs clearance system has returned to normal operation.

In response to businesses' feedback, the General Department of Customs said that the Automatic Customs Clearance System and the National Single Window Mechanism have been operating normally.

The VNACCS/VCIS system is an automatic customs clearance system and a national single window mechanism consisting of two sub-systems: the automatic customs clearance system (abbreviated as the VNACCS system); the business information database system (abbreviated as the VCIS system).

The VNACCS/VCIS system includes the following main software: Electronic declaration (e-Declaration); Electronic manifest (e-Manifest); Electronic invoice (e-Invoice); Electronic payment (e-Payment); Electronic C/O (eC/O); Selectivity; Risk profile/risk criteria management; Import-export enterprise management; Customs clearance and release of goods; Monitoring and control.

VNACCS system is Vietnam's automatic goods clearance system, used for the purpose of customs clearance of import and export goods.

Recently, the General Department of Customs has received feedback from a number of businesses regarding the operation of the VNACCS/VCIS system, affecting the customs clearance process for import and export goods.

Immediately after receiving feedback from businesses, the General Department of Customs promptly identified the cause and organized work with relevant businesses to ensure stable operation of the VNACCS/VCIS system, facilitating businesses' import and export activities.

Based on working with businesses, the General Department has deployed technical and professional measures. Accordingly, by 0:00 on November 25, the VNACCS/VCIS system was operating normally.
