Accordingly, the relics ranked at the city level include: Bac Cau 3 Pagoda historical and artistic relic (Thuan Loi Tu), Ngoc Thuy ward, Long Bien district; Bach La Khe family church historical and cultural relic, La Khe ward, Ha Dong district; Dun Duong communal house historical and cultural relic, Lien Quan town, Thach That district; Phuong Hai communal house historical and artistic relic, Dong Phuong Yen commune, Chuong My district; Ngo family church and mausoleum historical and artistic relic, Cao Son Tien commune, Ung Hoa district; Noi Luu communal house historical and cultural relic, Binh Luu Quang commune, Ung Hoa district; Ngoc Truc communal house historical and architectural relic, Dong Lo commune, Ung Hoa district; Vu Ngoai communal house historical and artistic relic, Lien Bat commune, Ung Hoa district; Vu Ngoai pagoda historical and artistic relic (Truong Khanh Tu), Lien Bat commune, Ung Hoa district.
After the above relics are ranked, the People's Committees of Long Bien, Ha Dong, Thach That, Chuong My, and Ung Hoa districts are responsible for publicizing and implementing protection measures, zoning off protection zones for the relics, and at the same time building records for placing boundary markers in the field.
The People's Committees of wards, communes and towns: Ngoc Thuy, La Khe, Lien Quan, Dong Phuong Yen, Cao Son Tien, Binh Luu Quang, Dong Lo, Lien Bat established the Relic Management Board to ensure the protection and promotion of the values of these relics.
All construction or exploitation activities in the classified relic area and protected areas are strictly prohibited. In special cases, land use and construction at the relic must be permitted by the City People's Committee.
The Department of Culture and Sports , People's Committees of districts, wards, communes and towns mentioned above with ranked relics shall carry out state management of these relics, ensuring compliance with regulations on cultural heritage.
