At the same time, attract the participation of 20-25 enterprises with about 30-35 products recognized as City's SPCNCL in 2023, of which 10-15 products are recognized for the first time.

Focus on developing industries and industrial products with competitive advantages, the ability to participate deeply and contribute high added value to the global production and supply chain; having fundamental significance, high spillover effects on other production and economic sectors, using clean and environmentally friendly technology. Improve the competitiveness of the city's industrial products, promote cooperation and production linkage between Hanoi industrial product manufacturing enterprises and enterprises of other provinces and cities in the country and abroad.

According to the plan, the City will improve the investment and business environment for Hanoi's SPCNCL enterprises, support SPCNCL manufacturing enterprises in developing science and technology, developing human resources, selecting and honoring key industrial products, promoting trade and investment promotion activities and supporting SPCNCL manufacturing enterprises in the City.

The City People's Committee assigned the Department of Industry and Trade to take the lead in implementing the Plan to ensure the achievement of the set goals and results, without overlap; to set out specific criteria when selecting enterprises producing SPCNCL to participate in each content of the Plan. To coordinate with relevant units to promote, disseminate, advertise and honor the brand of SPCNCL Hanoi , the City's SPCNCL Program.

The City People's Committee requires the implementation of the Plan to ensure the right subjects and regulations in order to achieve the set targets and tasks.
