Globee Awards for Technology (formerly known as IT World Awards) is an annual award founded by Network Product Guide (USA) since 2006, to honor outstanding information technology products, services and solutions in the world.
At this year’s Globee Awards for Technology, Viettel won the most awards with 19 awards (5 Gold awards, 7 Silver awards, 7 Bronze awards), surpassing IBM and Amazon, which both ranked second with 11 awards. This is the second consecutive year that Viettel has taken the lead in this international technology arena. Vietnam has 5 enterprises on the list of award winners.
Globee Awards for Technology focuses on finding and honoring products and solutions in areas such as artificial intelligence (AI), robotics, information technology infrastructure and sustainable development.
Viettel's 5 Gold Awards honored this year are also products that apply advanced technologies to enhance user experience such as: Reputa data analysis platform, BTS Digital Twin telecommunications infrastructure digitalization solution, Self-driving goods sorting robot and Smart logistics complex and telecommunications network infrastructure system in Burundi.
Not only achieving high rankings, 17 out of 19 award-winning products of Viettel were the top products in participating categories, affirming Viettel's technological capacity and global competitiveness in the fields of information technology.
According to the Organizing Committee, the award's scoring and ranking process is carried out by more than 3,500 technology experts worldwide. Technology products and services are ranked according to the Gold, Silver and Bronze levels./
