After more than a week of working in the rain, sun, and mud to help people overcome the consequences of floods in Xa Dung and Muong Luan communes... in Dien Bien province, more than 100 officers and soldiers of Regiment 82, Division 355 (Military Region 2) marched back to their units as planned.

Upon hearing that the officers and soldiers were marching back to their units, many people from Suoi Lu village (Xa Dung commune) and Pa Vat village (Muong Luan commune) were present very early on the streets to see the soldiers off, sending greetings, thanks, and wishes to the officers and soldiers of Regiment 82, Division 355 (Military Region 2). Many people prepared bottles of water and small gifts to express their gratitude for the sense of responsibility and the hard work of the officers and soldiers in the past days helping people overcome the consequences of floods.
