The national contest is co-organized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Vietnam Advertising Association, and the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee. It is implemented by the Department of Grassroots Culture, Family and Library, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and VINAMA Media Joint Stock Company.
The Vietnam Creative Advertising Awards 2025 continues the effective implementation of the Project to build and promote the national brand of the Vietnam Creative Advertising Awards for the period 2020 - 2030.
The contest was launched, marking an important milestone in the journey of promoting the national brand and honoring unique creations of the Vietnamese advertising industry.
In particular, honoring outstanding collectives and individuals in the advertising industry who have had excellent advertising ideas and products, positively influencing the community and society; imbued with Vietnamese cultural identity; thereby demonstrating the position and potential of the Vietnamese advertising industry.
With the aim of spreading creative values, the contest not only encourages advertising products rich in identity and humanity but also contributes to positioning the essential role of the advertising industry in the strategy of cultural and socio -economic development.
Through the contest, the Organizing Committee hopes to promote advertising activities and create many high-quality advertising products on all advertising media.
At the launching ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Truong Son, Chairman of the Vietnam Advertising Association, said that the Organizing Committee hopes to build a truly prestigious award, so that each individual or organization receiving the award feels proud.
At the same time, the Organizing Committee also wishes to honor honest advertising products, creating public trust through reliable and valuable content.
Mr. Nguyen Truong Son expressed that in the era of digitalization and global integration, advertising and communication is no longer just a profession, but is becoming the art of storytelling. In a profound but powerful way, advertisers are breathing life into brands every day, connecting emotions and bringing the image of Vietnam to the world .
The award is not simply a professional competition. This is a national playground, a place to honor storytellers who represent the Vietnamese spirit, individuals, organizations or businesses who dare to be creative, dare to be different and dare to spread Vietnamese values with their own hearts and minds.
According to the Organizing Committee, in the current general context, accepting products with the participation of artificial intelligence (AI) in the Vietnam Creative Advertising Awards 2025 not only reflects the flexible adaptation of the advertising industry to the wave of technology, but also affirms the spirit of openness and innovation in artistic thinking and creative management.
From 2023 to 2024, the award attracted more than 2,200 works, showing a strong spread in the creative community. Whether using AI or not, each campaign must demonstrate professional courage, cultural depth and positive contributions to society.
This is also the way the award realizes the goal: "Say no to false advertising, respect the law" and aims towards international standards.
According to Ms. Ninh Thi Thu Huong, Director of the Department of Grassroots Culture, Family and Library, the Vietnam Creative Advertising Awards 2025 encourages creativity, including the application of new technologies such as AI.
However, creativity must be within the legal framework and consistent with the nature and objectives of the award. Abuse of images, content or messages that are not appropriate for the product, goods or services, do not reflect the quality, utility or violate the contest rules will not be accepted.
According to the 2025 award regulations, entries must be products that have been released, shown or implemented in Vietnam between September 1 and September 30, 2025. The works must comply with Vietnamese laws on advertising and copyright, must not violate public morality and must not contain controversial, provocative or misleading elements...
The highest prize - Best Advertising Award - worth 30 million VND with Cup and Certificate. In addition, the Organizing Committee awarded First, Second, Third prizes for each category: television advertising; outdoor billboards; electronic newspapers and social networking platforms, with prize values from 10-20 million VND/prize.
In addition to the main awards, the Organizing Committee also has an extended commendation system for outstanding advertising ideas, advertising about typical events, businesses and individuals with great contributions to the industry, as well as students with creative potential.
The Board of Judges and Consultants are leading experts from within and outside the country, with prestige and practical experience in the advertising field, ensuring quality and impartiality in the selection process.
The award ceremony is expected to take place in December in Ho Chi Minh City, with many special activities such as cultural - artistic - advertising product exhibitions, 3D mapping performances, and artistic light performances using drones at Le Loi and Nguyen Hue walking streets.
