On the afternoon of July 12, the Department of Construction announced the time to receive applications for purchasing social housing at Blocks A and B of the Apartment project for low-income people in An Trung 2 Residential Area (An Trung 2 Apartment) in An Hai Ward, Da Nang City.
According to the Department of Construction, on July 11, the unit received an official dispatch from the investor of the An Trung 2 apartment project - a joint venture of Duc Manh Joint Stock Company and 579 Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company (DMC-579 Joint Venture) requesting the Department of Construction to organize the reception of registration documents for purchasing social housing at this project.
Previously, on May 27, 2025, the Department of Construction issued Notice No. 4229 on receiving applications at Blocks A and B of the An Trung 2 apartment project. The time for receiving applications to purchase social housing at these two blocks is from May 27, 2025; the time for receiving applications is until June 30, 2025 (except Sundays and holidays).
However, after the above time, the number of people contacting to submit applications is still high.
To ensure the rights of people who come to submit their applications during the application receiving period stated in the above notice, the DMC-579 Joint Venture announces the time for receiving applications for social housing purchase as follows: Time for issuing appointment slips for submitting applications until 5:00 p.m. on July 22, 2025; time for receiving applications until the end of the issued order slips.
Working hours are from Monday to Saturday morning (except Sunday and holidays). Morning from 8:15 am to 11:45 am; afternoon from 1:45 pm to 5:00 pm.
