Nearly 2,000 Bat Xat students were educated about forestry laws.

The competition includes 5 school level competitions and 1 school cluster level competition.

The 5 participating schools are the Ethnic Boarding Schools (PTDTBT) and Secondary Schools (THCS) of Y Ty, Den Sang, Sang Ma Sao, Trung Leng Ho and Nam Pung.

Students enthusiastically participated in the Golden Bell contest to learn about Forestry Law.

Each school has 100 students participating in the competition to select the 20 best students to participate in the cluster-level competition.

In the final result, the Organizing Committee awarded the First Prize to the team of Den Sang Secondary School for Ethnic Minorities; Second Prize to the team of Sang Ma Sao Secondary School for Ethnic Minorities; Third Prize to the team of Nam Pung Secondary School for Ethnic Minorities; Encouragement Prize to the teams of Y Ty Secondary School for Ethnic Minorities and Trung Leng Ho Secondary School for Ethnic Minorities.

In addition, the Organizing Committee also awarded First, Second and Third prizes to individuals.

Through the contest, nearly 2,000 highland students in Bat Xat district (including contestants and cheering students) were educated on forestry laws, raising awareness of forest protection and forest fire prevention.

Mr. Ngo Kien Trung, Head of the Management Board and Head of the Forest Protection Department of Bat Xat Nature Reserve, said: The contest has contributed to diversifying forms of propaganda, thereby enhancing the initiative and effectiveness of acquiring knowledge of forestry law for students; creating a healthy and useful playground, contributing to conveying to students and local people the provisions of forestry law; gradually changing people's awareness in forest protection and development.
