The complex aims to combine training with cutting-edge technologies; build high-quality human resources, contributing to the effective implementation of the country's four pillar resolutions.
The inauguration ceremony ofFPT Education Complex and welcoming the first students of FPT General System in Hue took place at An Van Duong Urban Area, Thanh Thuy Ward, Hue City.
Attending the ceremony were Mr. Pham Duc Tien - Standing Deputy Secretary of Hue City Party Committee, Mr. Nguyen Van Phuong - Deputy Secretary of Hue City Party Committee, Chairman of Hue City People's Committee; Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh - Standing Vice Chairman of Hue City People's Committee; and representatives of leaders of departments, branches, and agencies in the area. On the FPT Group side, there were Mr. Truong Gia Binh, Chairman of FPT Group's Board of Directors, Mr. Nguyen Van Khoa, CEO of FPT Group, and leaders of FPT Group and FPT Education Sector.
The FPT Education Complex in Hue includes general education and vocational education levels, with a training scale of up to 20,000 students. The complex is oriented to develop training in conjunction with cutting-edge technologies, such as STEM, artificial intelligence (AI), Robotics... from the general education level, thereby contributing to the effective implementation of key resolutions of the Central Committee, especially Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW on developing high-quality human resources.
This is also one of the key projects of Hue City towards the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2.
Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh - Permanent Vice Chairman of Hue City People's Committee shared that Hue has determined the goal of becoming a multi-disciplinary, multi-field, high-quality educational center, associated with the tradition of the land of learning and unique cultural and historical values.
In which, education and training are placed in a key position, contributing to the implementation of Resolution 57, building high-quality human resources for Hue and the whole country in the integration process.
He praised the determination and orientation of FPT Corporation in education associated with technology; at the same time, he affirmed that bringing digital technology into training right from high school is a step in line with the development trend, creating an environment of innovation, creativity, and diversifying choices for learners, contributing significantly to the locality's successful implementation of development goals.
Mr. Truong Gia Binh - Chairman of FPT Corporation emphasized that Vietnam has chosen the path of development through science, technology, digital transformation and green transformation, which is a challenging path but also opens up great opportunities, along with requiring high-quality human resources.
He emphasized that the country needs human resources who are not only good at technology, but also have the courage to innovate and lead artificial intelligence. At FPT education system, the drastic introduction of AI, Robotics, STEM and foreign languages into teaching right from grade 1 is the way to prepare a generation of global citizens, contributing to the aspiration of bringing Vietnam to stand shoulder to shoulder with the world's leading powers.
The FPT Education Complex in Hue was inaugurated in the context of the country vigorously implementing four strategic resolutions: developing science and technology, innovation, national digital transformation (Resolution 57); international integration (Resolution 59); building and enforcing laws (Resolution 66); developing the private economy (Resolution 68). For Hue, the establishment of this complex is associated with the goal of building a heritage city with identity, intelligence, taking technology and education as pillars of development.
The inauguration ceremony of the FPT Education Complex in Hue began with an artistic film, recreating the journey of a drone carrying a calligraphy scroll with the message "Spreading the fragrance of heritage, Leading the way to five continents", demonstrating the subtle connection between Hue's traditional cultural identity and modern educational vision.
The device departed from the Imperial City – the cultural and educational symbol of the ancient capital, flew over the typical landmarks associated with Hue and stopped at the FPT Education Complex. Immediately after, the students solemnly brought the calligraphy scroll to the stage and presented it to the leaders. The calligraphy scroll was opened, officially completing the inauguration ceremony.
Under the witness of delegates, distinguished guests and parents, the leaders performed the inauguration ceremony. The event marked the official opening of a modern educational facility in the Central Highlands region, and affirmed FPT Corporation's commitment to contributing to the cause of education and training high-quality human resources to serve the country's development.
Speaking at the event, Dr. Le Truong Tung, Chairman of the Board of FPT University, FPT Corporation emphasized: “Education is an important field closely linked to FPT’s mission. All breakthroughs in science and technology as well as Vietnam’s competitive advantages are all returned to investment in people and human resource development.
With the philosophy of providing high-quality education, reasonable costs and comprehensive learning experiences, FPT education system is committed to accompanying Hue in developing education associated with technology, contributing to promoting socio-economic development, fostering modern culture alongside tradition, meeting the requirements of training high-quality human resources in the digital age.
Hue is the 9th locality in the Central Highlands region with the presence of FPT education. FPT Education Complex in Hue is built on an area of 8.68 hectares, with a total construction area of more than 2 hectares, the architecture is inspired by the image of Hue's royal apricot blossom, harmoniously combining traditional and modern elements.
Currently, two lecture halls, classrooms, functional rooms and auxiliary infrastructure have been completed, ready to meet the learning needs of the first 300 high school students right after the inauguration ceremony.
Immediately after the ceremony, FPT School Hue students officially entered the new school year 2025-2026. They will study in a high-quality educational environment, with diverse experiences, focusing on developing technological capacity, creativity and integration, while also being trained in independent skills and comprehensive personal development.
