Bringing financial services to the digital platform is considered a key strategy in F88's journey to digitize customer experience. Previously, the company invested in developing the My F88 application, which allows services such as mortgage loans, loan payments, and online refinancing without having to go to the store. This application was honored as "Mobile Application of the Year" by The Asian Banking and Finance magazine (Singapore).

This model is especially suitable for ordinary workers, small traders and freelancers who need quick access to capital, but are hesitant or face barriers when accessing banking services.

Sharing about the cooperation orientation, Ms. Le Lan Chi - General Director of Zalopay - emphasized: “Zalopay aims to popularize financial technology, creating conditions for users to easily access suitable and reliable services. Before Zalopay, F88 also cooperated with the Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank ( MBBank ) to expand its customer base and provide more financial services, including the role of a banking agent. This is part of the strategy to expand the partner ecosystem and bring financial services closer to people on digital platforms.
