Ms. Trinh Ngoc Tram, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Cua Nam Ward, said that the use of AI robots applies artificial intelligence technology to support automation in guiding and assisting people in carrying out administrative procedures. After the trial operation, the ward will evaluate, draw experience and propose further implementation and improvement contents to serve people better.
According to records at the Cua Nam Ward Public Administration Service Center, many people come here to carry out administrative procedures. The ward's officials and civil servants work professionally and synchronously. With a modern, spacious and friendly reception space, many people coming to carry out procedures are satisfied and very excited to be welcomed by robots.
After being offered a drink by the robot, Ms. Pham Thi Pho, at No. 2 Tho Nhuom Street, happily shared that she was very surprised by the presence of the robot at the Public Administration Service Center. The ward's "recruitment of additional civil servants" by the robot is very creative, modern and agile.
Ms. Nguyen Lan Huong at 20 Ham Long Street was also very surprised by the presence of the “robot civil servant”. She immediately took out her phone to record the entire appearance and operation of the robot to send to her son to see.
The AI Robot put into use by the People's Committee of Cua Nam Ward has a 21.5-inch screen displaying: Queue number, service door, estimated time, announcements, instructions from the Center, QR code for people to look up services or access online support.
Currently, the robot has the following main functions: Guiding people through the touch screen and smart voice; automatically printing reservation tickets and guiding people to the appropriate waiting area; collecting and evaluating people's level of interaction on the touch screen, data is collected and sent to the ward leaders to promptly improve service quality; automatically moving using SLAM and AI technology around people's waiting areas, giving out drinks and candy, creating a friendly, thoughtful feeling, basic communication with people, playing relaxing music while moving...
Robots use AI technology to understand content, classify and guide people to the appropriate service door, friendly to the elderly, reducing technological barriers. Robots can also move to each location in the Center when called, provide detailed instructions on records, procedures, and connect with responsible staff in cases requiring in-depth answers...
