VietNamNetVietNamNet27/02/2024

On the evening of February 7 (December 28), at the Van Cao intersection, West Lake, Hanoi, the rehearsal of the Hanoi Art Light Festival - Brilliant Thang Long took place, an event to prepare for New Year's Eve taking place on February 9 (New Year's Eve).

The performance lasted about 20 minutes with 11 acts including: images of King Ly Thai To issuing the Edict on the Transfer of the Capital, dragons of the Ly Dynasty, Thang Long Imperial Citadel, Tran Quoc Pagoda, Hoan Kiem Lake - the heart of Hanoi, One Pillar Pagoda, Khue Van Cac, Long Bien Bridge, Hoan Kiem Lake Theater...

The artistic light show with the theme "A day in the capital - A thousand years of history" was inspired by the thousand-year-old culture of Hanoi, a symbol of the crystallization of Vietnamese cultural values, with the desire to bring a unique work of art that encapsulates the cultural and historical quintessence of the land.

This is a performance with a record number of drones in Southeast Asia, combined with music composed by musician Quoc Trung, a high-quality sound system and live reporting screens installed around the West Lake area, promising to be an unprecedentedly spectacular, "eye-catching" super performance for the capital's residents and visitors during the 2024 Lunar New Year.
