According to Official Dispatch No. 2963/SGDĐT-GDPT&GDTX, the Department of Education and Training of Dong Nai requested the Department of Education and Training of Bien Hoa City and public high schools in the area to proactively implement the reception of students from Binh Phuoc province according to the wishes of their families after the process of merging administrative boundaries.
Specifically, the Bien Hoa City Department of Education and Training is assigned to direct its junior high and high schools to strictly implement the creation of learning conditions for students transferring from Binh Phuoc. Schools need to ensure that transfer procedures and records are processed quickly and in accordance with regulations, avoiding causing psychological disturbance to students and parents.
The school transfer application is applied according to the instructions in Official Dispatch No. 2341/SGDĐT-NV1 dated June 13, 2023, including: a transfer application with confirmation from parents or guardians, transcripts, transfer recommendation letter and grade 10 admission certificate for high school students. Each application consists of one set and will be received and processed directly at the school unit where the student is transferring to.
Receiving students from Binh Phuoc to Dong Nai is a step demonstrating the smooth coordination between the two localities in the context of administrative boundary restructuring, while demonstrating the humanitarian spirit, ensuring that students' learning rights are not interrupted.
