On August 29, the Southern Power Grid Project Management Board (SGPMB) coordinated with Vinh Long Power Company and related units to organize the acceptance and energization of the phase separation project of the 110kV Vung Liem - Tra Vinh 2 transmission line, Vinh Long province.

Delegates attended the acceptance and energization ceremony of the 110kV Vung Liem - Tra Vinh 2 transmission line phase division project, Vinh Long province.

The project has a total investment of over 85 billion VND from the construction investment source of the Southern Power Corporation (EVNSPC), assigned to the Southern Power Corporation to manage and operate the project, the construction unit is Nha Trang Centrifugal Concrete Joint Stock Company.

The project will replace accessories such as pillars and lightning protection insulators to increase the capacity of power transmission on the existing 110kV line; strengthen the 110kV interconnection loop between the 220kV stations Tra Vinh 2 and Vinh Long 2; increase reliability and ensure safe and stable power supply for 110kV stations in the area.

The completion of the project was thanks to the strong direction from EVNSPC leaders, the positive working spirit of all leaders and staff of the Southern Power System Control Board, Vinh Long Power Company. The close coordination with local departments, agencies, contractors, especially the Southern Power System Control Center played an important role in completing the project's energization progress.
