Within the framework of the working program in Nho Quan district, on the morning of November 8, Provincial Party Secretary Doan Minh Huan and the working delegation inspected a number of socio -economic development locations in the district.
Provincial Party Secretary Doan Minh Huan and the working delegation inspected and listened to the report on adjusting the Master Plan for building a National Wildlife Park in Ninh Binh province.
Accordingly, the Project has a total planning area of over 1,155 hectares in Ky Phu and Phu Long communes, Nho Quan district, with the goal of conserving, rescuing, developing and storing genetic resources of wild animals, prioritizing endangered and rare animals, serving scientific research, training, environmentaleducation combined with ecotourism, creating jobs, increasing income, contributing to sustainable poverty reduction for local people, promoting socio-economic development.
According to the plan, the project will be put into operation by the end of 2025. However, due to some difficulties and problems in the implementation process, it is necessary to adjust to attract investors with in-depth experience and economic resources to implement, in accordance with legal regulations, ensuring effective operation and exploitation, saving capital from the budget.
The delegation also inspected the research area for the project to build a Cultural Village of ethnic groups in Ninh Binh province in Sam 3 village, Cuc Phuong commune. The project aims to preserve, conserve and promote cultural values associated with tourism development, contributing to improving the lives of people in the highland communes of Nho Quan district.
The delegation also inspected the resettlement area in Bong Lai village, Van Phuong commune - one of the four resettlement areas of the district serving the site clearance for the investment project to build the East - West route phase 1, which has basically completed the infrastructure, ensuring convenient transportation and being suitable for the customs, habits and cultural traditions of the local people.
The Provincial Party Secretary and the delegation also inspected the Sui River dike, which is currently silted and needs to be dredged to ensure flood drainage and disaster prevention for the northwestern communes of the district, while creating an environmental landscape to serve tourism development in the area.
These are the locations where key projects of Nho Quan district have been, are being and will be implemented, thereby contributing to exploiting the potential and advantages of the locality, promoting socio-economic development.
