From July 31 to August 3, Vietnamese baking ingredients manufacturer Tan Nhat Huong attended the 17th MEXICPAN 2024 International Bakery Fair in Mexico City, Mexico.
According to a VNA reporter in Mexico, at this leading Latin American fair for the bakery industry, Tan Nhat Huong brings key products that have made an impression on the international market such as cake decorating cream, cake cream and ingredients used in the cake production process.
Directly bringing products to MEXIPAN 2024 to introduce to international friends, Tan Nhat General Director Huong Vu Thi Hoai Son said that Mexico is the 4th location in the Americas where the company is promoting business activities, after successfully penetrating the US, Brazil and Peru markets - countries with high requirements for the quality of imported products.
According to Ms. Vu Thi Hoai Son, also the founder of Tan Nhat Huong, participating in MEXIPAN 2024 demonstrates the company's determination to penetrate deeper into the 650 million-people market of the Latin American region, including Mexico - the second largest economy in the region with high economic growth and abundant purchasing power. With products with low sugar content derived from nature, CEO Vu Thi Hoai Son affirmed that Tan Nhat Huong's baking ingredients are not only good for health, bringing a light and easy-to-eat flavor, but also creating a new consumer trend by helping to improve the overweight situation that is becoming a problem in many countries.
At the fair, which attracted nearly 300 leading brands in the world and the region operating in the field of manufacturing baking ingredients, many partners highly appreciated the quality and flavor of Tan Nhat Huong's products, especially the creativity in mixing products with pure natural flavors.
After experiencing some of Tan Nhat Huong's products at MEXICPAN 2024, Mr. Gerardo Zavala Olvera, in charge of the Ta Ma Dulce Sabor bakery chain in Mexico City, said he was really impressed with the unique and fresh flavors of the Vietnamese company's products, especially when they are made from purely natural ingredients that are beneficial to health.
Established in 1998, Tan Nhat Huong has successfully built a baking and mixing ecosystem including: Manufacturing raw materials, providing tools, opening vocational training centers... This is also the company with the second largest market share in the Vietnamese cake decorating cream market - with 43% in 2022.
Currently, 65% of Tan Nhat Huong's products are for domestic consumption, distributed to nearly 10,000 bakeries nationwide. Meanwhile, the remaining 35% of products are for export, including demanding markets such as the US, the European Union (EU), Japan and South Korea.
