DNO - On the afternoon of August 30, the Da Nang Tourism Promotion Center announced that within the framework of the BRG Open Golf Championship Da Nang 2024, Da Nang welcomed a Famtrip delegation of 20 international golf travel representatives to experience golf tourism services and survey tourist destinations from August 27 to 30.

Accordingly, 20 representatives of golf travel companies from key markets: Japan, Taiwan (China), Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines and Singapore came to survey and experience golf services in Da Nang and Quang Nam .
The group experienced golf at Ba Na Hills Golf Club, managed by IMG Group. This course has been recognized as “Best Golf Course in Vietnam” for 6 consecutive years and “Best Golf Course in Asia” for the 5th time in 2021.
The delegation also surveyed services at Legend Danang Golf Resort and Hoiana Shore Golf Club.
In addition, the delegation visited prominent destinations and high-class accommodation facilities in Da Nang and Quang Nam such as: Han market, Hoi An ancient town, Mikazuki Japanese Resort and Spa Da Nang, Four Points by Sheraton Danang, New World Hoiana Beach Resort, Danang Marriott Resort & Spa, Sheraton Grand Danang Resort & Convention Center.
The delegation also attended and interacted with international professional golfers at the welcome party, within the framework of the BRG Open Golf Championship Da Nang 2024.

After experiencing golf services in Da Nang, the delegation highly appreciated the city's facilities, tourism products in general and golf tourism in particular; at the same time, they appreciated the warm and thoughtful hospitality of the partner unit, thereby hoping for long-term cooperation in the coming time.
Mr. Wang Tien Bao, Senior Sports and Tourism Marketing Director, Lion Travel Company - a member of the Famtrip delegation, said that Da Nang golf courses are very conveniently located, close to the airport and major points of the city, convenient for traveling. The golf course infrastructure is of high quality and well maintained, the cost is reasonable, and the hotel infrastructure is also excellent. He hopes that the golf courses will have more golfing sessions at different times for guests to experience.
In the near future, Lion Travel plans to cooperate with Starlux Airlines to organize a golf tournament in Central Vietnam with more than 110 golfers participating. “We look forward to having more opportunities to cooperate with the Da Nang Department of Tourism in the future, to bring the best golf experience in Da Nang to customers around the world,” said Mr. Wang Tien Bao.
It is known that Da Nang has 3 international-class golf courses including: Legend Da Nang Golf Resort (including 2 courses Nicklaus and Norman), Ba Na Hills Golf Club. The golf courses have unique terrain, designed by experienced legendary golfers.
