From February 2022 to June 2024, Tan Ky has completed the statistics of the number of households with revolutionary contributions and martyrs' relatives in need of housing in the period 2021 - 2025 in the district.

Specifically, there are 403 people with meritorious services and relatives of martyrs who need support and housing improvement, of which: 240 households build new houses, 163 households repair and renovate. Regarding land incentives, from July 1, 2014 to June 30, 2024, the district has allocated land for housing to 1 case; reduced land use fees for 84 subjects who are people with meritorious services to the revolution with the reduced amount of over 10.1 billion VND.
