Operational imprints of central news agencies and press

Present in Hoa Binh since 2007, the Representative Office of Nhan Dan Newspaper is one of the first central press agencies to establish a permanent office in the province. In the early days, working conditions were still difficult as there was no fixed office, and resident reporters were arranged at the reception room of the Provincial People's Committee. Hoa Binh is a large area with divided traffic, so accessing information and building relationships with the government and people encountered many obstacles due to closed thinking and lack of openness in sharing press information.

Overcoming obstacles, with perseverance, responsibility and love for the profession, Central journalists in Hoa Binh have gradually affirmed their role. They not only report news, but also act as a bridge between the Party, the government and the people, reflecting the real life of the people of all ethnic groups in the province. From production emulation movements, effective agricultural economic transformation models, to new rural construction programs, green tourism development, or the work of preserving the cultural identity of the Muong ethnic group - all are clearly reflected in the pages of Central newspapers, contributing to spreading the image of Hoa Binh as a modern, innovative but still imbued with identity.

Not only promoting positive models, the Central press in Hoa Binh is also a leading force in the fight against negativity, corruption, and violations. A series of investigative articles on illegal mineral exploitation, unauthorized land sales, urban environmental pollution, or violations of traffic safety corridors not only create positive public opinion, but also contribute to promoting local authorities to promptly and transparently handle the situation. Typically, Nhan Dan Newspaper with investigative articles "Strictly handling violations of land exploitation in Hoa Binh City" or "The pain of "sand mountains" in the heart of Hoa Binh City" ... has accurately and promptly reflected prominent issues that cause pain in people's lives.

Many central journalists in the province have become familiar names to readers such as: Tran Hao, Nguyen Tuan (Nhan Dan Newspaper), Thanh Hai, Luu Trong Dat, Vu Ha (Vietnam News Agency)... A typical example is journalist Luu Trong Dat with the work "The National Assembly delegation of Hoa Binh province organizes many meaningful and effective activities" which excellently won the C prize of the National Press Award on the National Assembly and People's Council for the third time - 2025 (Dien Hong Award).

Currently, the Central Press Association in Hoa Binh includes the Representative Office of Nhan Dan Newspaper, the Permanent Office of Vietnam News Agency, the Representative Office of Lao Dong Newspaper, the Electronic Magazine of Culture and Development... Members regularly organize professional activities, exchange journalism skills, update multimedia communication trends, and digital transformation in journalism. Practical experiences and close connections have helped improve the quality of information from the grassroots level, while spreading positive values in the provincial press community.

Journalist Tran Hao, Head of the Representative Office of Nhan Dan Newspaper in Hoa Binh, Head of the Central Press Association in the province, shared: "In 2025, there will be many important events: Celebrating the 100th anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day, organizing Party Congresses at all levels, towards the 14th National Party Congress... In response to new requirements, the Central Press Association in Hoa Binh province has clearly identified the key task of continuing to promote the role of key propaganda, protecting the Party's ideological foundation, reflecting people's lives in a profound and timely manner."
