Detailed list of 40 locations distributing free food and necessities to people watching the parade

In order to contribute part of the efforts of the capital's youth to the 80th National Day celebration, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Hanoi city arranged 40 points to distribute free food and necessities to people and forces participating in the parade.

The locations are spread across many central streets, each with 20-30 volunteers participating in traffic flow, guidance, environmental sanitation, and distribution of drinking water and food.

Time of issuance: August 27-30 and September 2, 2025
