The Congress affirmed the political determination and high sense of responsibility of all cadres and party members in the entire Party Committee.
With high determination and great efforts, in the 2020-2025 term, the Party Committee of the Provincial Border Guard Command has synchronously deployed many leadership and direction solutions, basically completing the goals and tasks set out in the Resolution of the Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term.

Accordingly, officers and soldiers maintain political will, solidarity, and attachment to the border people, ready to receive and complete all tasks well. The provincial Border Guard force has proactively grasped the situation, promptly forecasted, and effectively advised on building, managing, and firmly protecting border security and sovereignty; promoted the core role in building a strong all-people Border Guard; effectively fought against hostile forces, criminals, and lawbreakers; and actively participated in consolidating political bases and developing the socio-economy in border areas.
Border foreign affairs are focused on, contributing to building a peaceful and friendly border. Subordinate units strictly implement combat readiness regimes, promptly participate in preventing and fighting natural disasters, epidemics, search and rescue, especially preventing and fighting Covid-19...

At the congress, delegates focused on discussing and agreeing on 8 main goals and groups of tasks and leadership solutions for the 2025-2030 term. At the same time, 3 breakthroughs were identified, specifically: Building a lean, strong, effective and efficient organization and staff. Improving the quality of training; building discipline and law enforcement; promoting the cultural values of "Uncle Ho's soldiers" in the new period. Promoting the application of science and technology, innovation, digital transformation and administrative reform, the "Digital Education for the People" movement in the Provincial Border Guard.
The Congress approved a report synthesizing comments on draft documents submitted to the 14th National Party Congress; the draft Political Report submitted to the Provincial Border Guard Party Congress and the draft Political Report submitted to the 1st Provincial Military Party Congress, term 2025-2030.

At the congress, the decision of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Military Party Committee on appointing the Party Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary, Deputy Secretary, Inspection Committee, Chairman, Deputy Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Provincial Border Guard Command Party Committee, term 2025-2030, was approved.
Speaking at the congress, Colonel Nguyen The Vinh affirmed: The tasks in the coming time are very heavy with many advantages and many difficulties and challenges.
