The Vietnam - US Friendship Exchange event held in Da Nang is not only a cultural and social activity, but also an important milestone in the process of promoting cooperation between the two countries. This is an opportunity for representatives of organizations, businesses, investors and diplomatic agencies of the two countries to meet, exchange and seek cooperation opportunities in various fields. The program held in Da Nang has affirmed its role in connecting and developing international economic relations. Through exchange activities, seminars, exhibitions and art performances, the program creates a sustainable bridge in people-to-people relations, while expanding the space for bilateral cooperation to new heights.
The two events were held on June 22 (Sunday) and the afternoon of June 23 (from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.) respectively at the front of Tien Son Sports Palace, Phan Dang Luu Avenue, Hai Chau District, Da Nang City. These are programs that attract the attention of the public and international guests, requiring the power supply system to be carefully prepared to ensure stable and uninterrupted operation.
To provide power for the programs, Hai Chau Power Company (PC Da Nang) deployed plans to supply power from the Sports Center Transformer Station (belonging to the 481LTR feeder) as the main source. The unit also installed backup generators to be ready to respond to unusual situations; at the same time, it planned to increase the number of on-duty staff, arrange human resources, vehicles, and materials during the event days, and promptly handle any arising situations.
Hai Chau Electricity also pulled about 300m of new low-voltage line from the basement electrical cabinet to the main stage area on Phan Dang Luu Avenue, and installed a 250A electrical cabinet to serve the equipment, lighting and sound systems for the program.
PC Da Nang also pays special attention to the inspection and supervision of the power grid system. Medium voltage lines such as 481LTR, 475T2.NHS, 477LTR and the underground power grid system (event area) are carefully inspected. Risk points of violating safety corridors, bad contacts, and discharges are all reviewed and promptly handled. Everything is carefully prepared, closely following the schedule and ensuring technical requirements.
Previously, PC Da Nang also increased night inspections and maintained stable connections with the SCADA system and DAS automation system. Parameters of AC/DC power, relay protection adjustment slips (BVLR) and the status of switching equipment at RMU, Recloser, LBS on the lines were all checked to ensure the ability to coordinate accurate switching when necessary.
