Before attending: Choose neat, polite clothes; wear shoes, sandals with straps, avoid high heels, flip-flops; bring drinks, snacks; bring light accessories to protect against sun and rain; people with underlying diseases, cardiovascular diseases, respiratory diseases... should limit participation in crowded places.

While attending: Do not jostle or push; do not get overly excited, avoid arguing or screaming. In case of emergency, do not panic, do not listen to rumors; do not run or push in panic; calmly listen to announcements; comply with the instructions of security and protection forces; follow the flow of people, maintain a steady posture, do not try to go against the flow of people and observe the exits, quickly leave the dangerous area.

When caught in a crowd: Stay calm, do not scream or panic; keep your hands in front of your chest to protect your lungs and avoid suffocation; take short steps in sync with the flow of people; do not stop in the middle of the crowd; if you fall, protect your head, bend over to protect your vital organs and find a chance to stand up as soon as possible. In particular, if you feel unsafe, leave the crowd.
