
From ensuring military uniforms, medical supplies, and supplies, to organizing vehicles, equipment, and technical logistics, every stage and step is carried out carefully, scientifically , and strictly by the unit.
During the peak days of serving the A80 mission, the Hanoi People's Committee agreed with the plan of the Hanoi Capital Command to deploy the installation of 11 field tents with an area of over 1,000m2 at 5 locations: Tay Son Flower Garden (Hoan Kiem Ward); Le Truc Flower Garden (Ba Dinh Ward); Nui Truc - Kim Ma intersection (Giang Vo Ward); Hanoi Railway Station (Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam Ward); the area opposite 14B Le Truc (Ba Dinh Ward) to serve the masses watching the A80 parade.
Along with presiding over and organizing the installation, the Hanoi Capital Command assigned officers and soldiers to manage and look after the tents; ensure safety, order, environmental sanitation, fire prevention and fighting; and carry out dismantling after the event ends. Dozens of mobile toilets were arranged to serve people at these locations.
Professional Soldier Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Van Thanh, staff of the Barracks Department, shared: "We have deployed the installation of field tents at many locations, creating favorable conditions for people to rest, avoid the sun and shelter from the rain while participating in activities."
Ms. Nguyen Thi Yen (Hung Dao commune, Hanoi city) said: "My family and I arrived very early to watch the rehearsal. When we saw that there was a tent serving the people, the whole family moved into the tent. Not only did we avoid the sun and rain, we were also served drinks and bread thoughtfully."

Colonel Nguyen Hong Hai, Head of Logistics - Engineering of Hanoi Capital Command, said that to ensure good logistics for the implementation of mission A80, Hanoi Capital Command has proactively developed a plan and established a Subcommittee to ensure logistics - engineering; conducted field surveys, drew diagrams of planned locations for installing mobile toilets, tents at the departure block locations...; at the same time, closely coordinated with departments, branches and sectors to ensure electricity, water, places to eat, stay, live, medical ... for the forces participating in the implementation of the mission.
In particular, during the deployment process, the logistics force always proactively grasps the situation, fully anticipates plans, promptly handles any arising situations; closely coordinates with relevant agencies and units, and avoids any shortcomings or passivity.
Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Dinh Viet, Head of the Military Medical Department, Capital Command, added that the unit closely coordinated with the Department of Health and related military and civilian medical forces of Hanoi city to organize medical support for the A80 mission and fireworks display to celebrate National Day. In addition, the unit also coordinated to provide medical support for the parade and marching forces of Military Region 5 at Regiment 692; the Guard - Military Control force of the Command, Military Region 1, Military Region 3 and the Honor Guard of the Command.
The Capital Command has established 6 medical teams, deployed 2 emergency treatment tents, and mobilized 7 Isuzu trucks to carry out mission A80.

After the Honor Guard was established, the Capital Command directed the development of lesson plans, lectures, and organized training for the model car pushing force; and handled technical incidents - motorbikes according to the script. Along with that, it ensured food and necessities for the forces performing the A80 mission.
