On June 16, the Departmentof Education and Training of Dak Lak province announced the results of the 10th grade entrance exam for the 2025-2026 school year to public high schools in the area.
The Department of Education and Training of Dak Nong province also announced the exam scores at 11 high schools that organized entrance exams.
In Dak Lak, Mr. Nguyen Hoang Chuong - Head of Information Technology Quality Management Department, Dak Lak Department of Education and Training - said that candidates can look up their exam scores from June 16 on the department's information portal.
Candidates who need to review the exam must submit their applications within the prescribed time. The official admission results and benchmark scores are expected to be announced on June 22. The province has 53 public high schools, enrolling 20,796 students.
In Dak Nong, the exam results of about 4,500 candidates were announced on June 14. According to the Department of Education and Training of this province, the exam scores are relatively stable, reflecting the students' abilities and teaching quality.
Some schools have clear differentiation, but many candidates have high scores. The review period is from June 18 to 20, the list of first-choice candidates will be posted before July 3.
Anxiously waiting for grade 10 benchmark scores
At present, many students and parents are worried that this year's benchmark scores will increase compared to last year, possibly from 1 to 3 points.
"This year's exam is close to the program, not too difficult. I think the standard score will increase by about 3 points," Nguyen Ngoc Thao Uyen, a candidate from Hung Vuong Secondary School (Buon Ma Thuot City), shared.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Trang, a literature teacher at Cao Ba Quat Secondary School (Ea Kar District, Dak Lak), also said that most students did quite well on the test. "It's hard to predict the exact benchmark score, but I think this year's score could be slightly higher than last year's," Ms. Trang said.
