In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Vinh An Commune Party Committee strives for an average annual growth rate of 8% in the total product value in the area; an annual increase of 10% in the State budget revenue; average income per capita in the area by 2030 reaching 97.3 million VND/year; the poverty rate according to the multidimensional poverty standard by 2030 being below 2%; the rate of schools meeting national standards being 70%; the rate of people participating in health insurance being 96% or more.
