Hanoi proposes State-level rewards for 2 groups

The Emulation and Reward Board (Hanoi Department of Home Affairs) has issued Official Dispatch No. 499/BTĐ-HCTH on posting information on State-level reward proposals.

The dispatch clearly states: The City Emulation and Rewards Committee (Standing Body of the City Emulation and Rewards Council) received Document No. 555/TTr-CĐYTHN dated March 13, 2025 of Hanoi Medical College on the proposal to the President to consider awarding the First Class Labor Medal to the school and Document No. 11/TTr-CĐNT dated August 11, 2025 of the College of Arts on the proposal to the President to consider awarding the Third Class Labor Medal to the Training and Student Affairs Department of the College of Arts.

Pursuant to Clause 2, Article 44 of Decree No. 152/2025/ND-CP dated June 14, 2025 of the Government, which stipulates the public disclosure of collectives and individuals proposed for state-level rewards, in order to have a basis for reporting to the City's Emulation and Reward Council for approval and submission to the levels of rewards according to regulations, the City's Emulation and Reward Council publicly discloses information to collect public opinions on 2 collectives: Hanoi Medical College and the Department of Training and Student Affairs of Hanoi College of Arts.
