Passenger transport companies, petrol, oil, construction materials, agricultural supplies businesses, etc. operate effectively, contributing significantly to job creation, income generation and improving people's lives. In particular, the tourism sector has initially shown positive signs. Thanks to the advantages of natural landscapes, cultural relics and rich traditional festivals, Phan Ri Cua has gradually formed and connected tourist destinations in the province, creating momentum for the development of the "smokeless industry". Electricity and domestic water systems have been invested in and expanded, 100% of households have access to electricity and clean, hygienic water. Marine economic infrastructure such as fishing ports, sea dykes, etc. have been effective, serving well for exploitation and aquaculture activities.

In 5 years, the average annual output of aquaculture and fishing reached 42,440 tons, exceeding the target of the congress resolution, continuing to maintain its position as a locality with strengths in marine economy. The seafood exploitation teams with 32 teams and 309 boats, both support each other in production and participate in protecting the sovereignty of the sea and islands. The installation of voyage monitoring equipment, registration of fishing vessels and conversion of industry structure were implemented synchronously, contributing to effective prevention and combat of IUU fishing. Aquaculture developed in a modern direction, applying the model of sea cages with high-value species such as snails, lobsters, etc.

In the agricultural sector, the crop structure has changed positively, suitable to climate conditions and market demand. Food output reached 4,093 tons and hundreds of hectares of various vegetables. The commune's agricultural products have gradually formed their own brands...

Developing ecological agriculture, clean agriculture, applying high technology associated with digital transformation, linking along the value chain and ecotourism. In terms of society, Phan Ri Cua focuses on comprehensively developing health care, education, ensuring social security, improving the quality of life for the people.
