According to the Department of Construction of Da Nang City, according to the provisions of Clause 1, Article 56, Railway Law No. 95 amending and supplementing Clause 2, Article 89, Construction Law (effective from July 1): construction permits are exempted for works belonging to construction investment projects whose feasibility study reports have been appraised by specialized construction agencies in areas with detailed planning at a scale of 1/500 or urban designs approved by competent authorities.
The investor is responsible for notifying the commencement time, sending design documents to local management agencies and fully complying with regulations on commencement, land, environment, and fire prevention and fighting.
After reviewing, the Department of Construction publicly announced the list of works and projects that met the conditions for exemption from construction permits according to legal regulations such as: Tuyen Son residential and villa area (Landcom Company), 21 houses in the Da Nang Real Estate and Marina project (Da Nang Marina Company Limited), villas in the 42-hectare Thuy Tu area (Business Development & Finance Company), hotel project at 29-31 Hoang Ke Viem, office apartment complex combined with accommodation and trade, services of Hai Hanh Trade and Service Joint Stock Company. The total investment is more than 5,564 billion VND.
In addition, the list also records 23 projects that are exempt from licensing but have not completed procedures, with a total capital of over VND 21,584 billion. Among them, there are large projects such as: the townhouses in area F of Phuong Trang high-rise urban and commercial complex (Phuong Trang Investment Joint Stock Company); the BT2-BT19 Villas in New Town high-end commercial and sports service urban area (New Town Development Company Limited); the high-end beach resort of MBLand Tonkin Joint Stock Company; the Qudos resort of Qudos Hoi An Joint Stock Company; the Trade Center, Office for rent and High-rise Housing at Land Plot No. 1+2, Lot A2.1, Resettlement area at the beginning of Son Tra - Dien Ngoc route (Thanh Lam Real Estate Company Limited); apartments in land plots C1, C2 of Phu My An urban area (Regal Group Joint Stock Company); the Riverside tower (The Royal Da Nang One Member Co., Ltd.); FPT Plaza 4 apartment building (FPT Urban Joint Stock Company Da Nang)…
