Should I study Automotive Technology at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology?

VnExpressVnExpress15/05/2023

I can get 27 points in D07 combination (Math, Chemistry, English), and am hesitant about two majors: Automotive Engineering and Biotechnology at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology.

I am from Gia Lai , currently in grade 12. I am an excellent student, with a report card score of over 27 in the A00 group (Math, Physics, Chemistry) and over 28 in the D07 group (Math, Chemistry, English). Therefore, I am confident that I can achieve 25 points in the A00 group, 27 points in the D07 group or more in the upcoming high school graduation exam.

Currently, I like two majors: Technology - Automotive Engineering and Biotechnology. I like to explore and create things related to engineering, but my Physics is not very good, it is very difficult to get a score of 8. I am afraid that this will be an obstacle when I study this major.

On the other hand, I really love plants. My father also noticed this, so he asked me about subjects related to plants. But my Biology is only so-so.

Regarding school selection, I was advised to study at the University of Technology, Ho Chi Minh City National University. Please give me advice and information about the two majors I am considering, including the program, tuition fees, things to note when studying, and job opportunities after graduation. If there are other universities that offer this major, I would also like to ask for advice.

Thank you everyone for listening to me share.
